What you can expect from
your massage session:

Your therapist will have you fill out a short health history form and ask you to point out any areas of concern such as pain in a muscle or joint, limited range of motion, etc.

The Therapy room is private, quiet and relaxing. You will dress down to comfort and get under the sheets on the massage table. The therapist will knock before entering the room and make sure you are comfortable.

The therapy begins with warming strokes using lotion or oil. Only the areas being worked on will be exposed. Then the designed therapy will be used, deep tissue or trigger point once the therapist finds the cause of your pain or discomfort. Or if it is a Relaxation Massage there will be limited, or no, talking involved so the client may fully enjoy the experience.

After a massage, drink plenty of water due to the effect of the therapist moving the fluids, and metabolic wastes, out of the tissues. The body then needs that to be replenished.
